About choosing a size:

All the size information on our website is measured manually, so there might be a small degree of human error (2-3cm). If you are not sure about your measurements, we recommend to remeaure before making any desicion. If your size is in between two sizes, for example, between S and M, we recommend you to choose the size up. About returns and refunds:

If you would like to return for a refund or an exchange because the dresses do not fit, the shipping cost for sending back the dressses is at the customer's expense. Therefore it is important to obtain the correct measurements of your body before ordering.

If you would like to return for a refund or an exchange because the product is faulty, after we discuss the issues (if any), we will be happy to cover your shipping costs by using the following steps:

1. Find a quotation price for the shipping costs from your location to our returns location

2. Let us know the cost of shipping the product before you send it

3. We will provide you with our exact shipping address

4. Once you have posted the product, please share the shipping receipt

5. We will then refund you the shipping cost
