Looks cute and pretty but not what was expected

I was expecting a thicker/medium material, but instead it’s very thin and more appropriate for summer or spring than autumn or winter. The collar also felt low quality and buttons were loose and one was missing (couldnt report the damage in time so I’ll have to bear it). I might have gottena default product tho. But! It still looks very cute like in the picture and compliments me very well. The overall looks is nice and chic but material is where my unsatisfactory lies in.
